Training & Education

Hands-on, customized cybersecurity training that builds real skills. From security awareness to advanced offensive operations.

Our Training Philosophy

We believe effective security training must be practical, relevant, and customized to your organization's specific technology stack and threat landscape. Generic, one-size-fits-all presentations don't change behavior or build skills.

Every training program we deliver is tailored to the client's industry, existing security maturity, and specific learning objectives. We combine theoretical foundations with hands-on labs in isolated, safe environments.

For our offensive security programs, we follow our proprietary LSHIFT methodology — a closed-loop framework that ensures participants don't just learn attacks, but also detection, remediation, and verification. Learn more about LSHIFT ↓

Training Delivery Formats

  • Intensive Workshops — Multi-day, deep-dive sessions with continuous hands-on practice.
  • Tabletop Exercises — Scenario-based IR and crisis management simulations for leadership and technical teams.
  • Phishing Simulations — Controlled phishing campaigns with training follow-up for all staff.
  • Red vs. Blue Team Exercises — Adversarial exercises where red team attacks and blue team defends in real-time.
  • Executive Briefings — Non-technical security overviews for C-level and board members.
  • Certification Prep — Preparation for OSCP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, and other industry certifications.

Labs & Infrastructure

We maintain dedicated training infrastructure including:

  • Isolated network environments (Air-gapped VMs, virtual networks)
  • Vulnerable application targets (DVWA, WebGoat, custom-built)
  • Active Directory lab environments for AD attack/defense training
  • Cloud sandbox environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • SIEM/SOAR lab environments for detection engineering
  • Malware analysis sandboxes (safe detonation environments)
  • Forensic imaging workstations with write-blockers

All Employees

Security awareness, phishing, data protection, acceptable use policies.

The LSHIFT Model

Our proprietary closed-loop training framework for offensive security programs. Every cycle ensures participants understand not just the attack, but the full lifecycle: detection, remediation, and verification.

L

Learn

Classical instruction on the topic — attack vectors, vulnerability classes, tooling, and theory. Build the mental model before touching a keyboard.

S

Scan

Apply reconnaissance and scanning techniques against the lab to identify the specific misconfiguration or vulnerability discussed in the Learn phase.

H

Hack

Exploit the identified vulnerability in a controlled lab. Execute the attack end-to-end, from initial foothold to objective completion.

I

Identify

Switch to the defender's perspective. Analyze logs, memory, and network artifacts to find the attack chain, entry point, and IOCs.

F

Fix

Remediate the vulnerability — patch, correct misconfiguration, harden the service. Apply the fix directly in the lab environment.

T

Test

Re-scan and re-attempt the exploit against the patched system. Confirm the fix was effective. If it fails, iterate until closed.

🔄 Closed Loop: The cycle is repeatable. If the Test phase reveals the fix was incomplete, participants return to Identify or Fix and iterate — mirroring real-world security operations where remediation is verified through continuous testing.

Why LSHIFT Works

🧠

Full-Spectrum Understanding

Participants don't just learn to attack — they learn to detect, fix, and verify. This creates well-rounded security professionals, not one-dimensional tool operators.

🔁

Immediate Feedback Loop

The Test phase provides instant validation. Participants see whether their fix worked in real-time, reinforcing the connection between vulnerability and remediation.

🎭

Red + Blue in One Session

The Identify phase forces attackers to think like defenders. This dual-lens approach is rare in traditional training and builds deeper situational awareness.

📈

Measurable Outcomes

Each LSHIFT cycle produces concrete artifacts: scan reports, exploitation logs, detection rules, and patch verification — all assessable and documentable.
